From Arabic, meaning 'spices,' baharat is an Iraqi spice typically used with meats, rice, and pickling. Roots Baharat softens the dominant cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg with sweet paprika to produce a colorful yet delicately warm, sweet and smoky blend.
Ingredients used: Black pepper, Coriander, Paprika, Cardamom, Nutmeg, Cumin, Cloves, Cinnamon
Ingredients NOT used: Pesticides, additives and preservatives
