RED MEATS
Inspired by steak au poivre, Roots Red Meats has a warm, spicy-sweet, peppery overtone with a bold aroma. It features four different peppers, nutmeg and a hint of allspice to infuse grilled or slow-cooked meats with sweet-spicy-peppery notes. The nutmeg in particular will also elevate plant-based meats to yield flavors indistinguishable from animal meat.
POULTRY
Created with poultry in mind, Roots Poultry blend balances warm, sweet and spicy anise with smoked paprika, sage and fennel seeds for a flavor spectrum that complements poultry prepared in the oven, on the grill or in a pot.
OCEAN
Roots Ocean is an aromatic, lemony blend of spices and herbs enhanced with earthy notes.
Fennel, garlic and turmeric bring depth to the base and synergize the myriad components to enliven seafood dishes.
