RED CABBAGE SALAD IN A YOGURT-ZA’ATAR DRESSING

Ingredients:

  • ½ head of red cabbage, thinly sliced
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 3oz Greek yogurt or labneh
  • 2 tbsp Roots Red Za’atar seasoning 
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ½ Parsley bunch, chopped
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Preparation:

  1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together.
  2. Plate to a large flat serving dish.
