- ½ head of red cabbage, thinly sliced
- Juice of half a lemon
- 3oz Greek yogurt or labneh
- 2 tbsp Roots Red Za’atar seasoning
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- ½ Parsley bunch, chopped
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together.
- Plate to a large flat serving dish.
